This is a change in pace...I've been working on this since last year. But only 6hrs invest total. Its far from complete but I'm having a blast doing this...
And yes..it is a chainsaw carving...and my first time operating a chainsaw and carving anything...soo much fun
And yes..this was a dead tree, hence the holes from a Ash Burrowing Beetle...After I sand this...I'll plug the holes with Sawdust/Glue filler...

This is really neat, 3-d carvings are so hard to do, especially this being your first time, I'm really impressed!
